Job Summary: This role involves leading quality management, overseeing audits, ensuring product conformity, managing documentation, and supervising hygiene and pest control in a food industry setting. Leadership of the hygiene and pest control team ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Serve as the company's focal point for preparing, coordinating, and monitoring internal and external audits, with maximum emphasis on official inspections; Manage all legal and technical documentation (licenses, reports) required by CETESB and other environmental and sanitary agencies. Manage the Official Analysis Program required by Federal Inspection. Product Quality Control: Ensure strict implementation of quality control, verifying raw material conformity at the receiving line (line inspector). Monitor and record meat temperatures at all stages (receiving, production, and storage). Ensure accurate verification of product formulations, guaranteeing adherence to recipes and regulated standards. Process and Documentation Management: Develop, review, and maintain the Quality Management System, including manuals, Work Instructions (WIs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs/GMPs). Manage the equipment and measurement instrument calibration program. Conduct and document internal quality analyses, generating statistical charts to identify and resolve deviations and non-conformities. People and Hygiene Management: Manage the Cleaning Team, coordinating cleaning and maintenance routines for production areas and cold rooms. Inspect the work environment and ensure employee compliance with proper use of PPE, uniforms, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Monitor the CD's Pest Control Program. Supplier Relationship Management: Lead the qualification process for new suppliers and monitor current suppliers' performance based on quality and compliance criteria. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree completed in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields. Experience in Quality and Processes within a refrigerated or food manufacturing industry operating under Federal Inspection (SIF). Knowledge of Sanitary Legislation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and quality management tools.
