#### **About the Role** We are looking for a **Senior Frontend Developer** to join our **Technology** team in a key role driving innovation and operational efficiency across our systems. This position is intended for a proactive and autonomous individual capable of leading projects and significantly contributing to Caveo’s growth in the technology market. We seek a **senior frontend developer** with strong expertise in **Flutter**, who is also willing (or experienced) to collaborate on the upcoming **transition of our app to React Native**, as outlined in Caveo’s roadmap. #### **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain our mobile application using **Flutter**; * Participate in the future transition of the codebase to **React Native**. * Build fluid, responsive, and accessible user interfaces aligned with the product and design teams. * Collaborate closely with backend and data engineers to consume APIs and integrate real-time accounting and financial events. * Ensure comprehensive **test coverage, performance, and scalability** of the app. * Contribute to technical decisions by proposing high-value, quality-driven solutions. * Support initiatives aimed at improving the codebase, pipelines, and automation. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience with **Flutter**. * Interest in or experience with **React Native** (even if not yet in production). * Experience building apps integrated with REST and/or GraphQL APIs. * Practice with automated testing and established frontend architecture best practices. * Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary squads. #### **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in financial products, fintechs, or banking integrations. * Familiarity with accounting, tax, or transactional automation logic. * Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD (e.g., CodeMagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions). #### **Benefits** * Meal allowance; * Mobility allowance; * Wellhun and Totalpass; * Platform offering personal and professional development courses; * Discounts with partner companies; * Starbem (health platform); * Zen App (mental health platform); * Clube Ifood; * Birthday day off; * Health insurance. **Additional Information** * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor) * Work arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) * Location: Vila Olímpia, São Paulo/SP
