Description: We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions on our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have solid experience developing custom applications and integrating systems, and will be capable of working autonomously on medium-complexity projects while collaborating with the team to resolve technical challenges. Technical Requirements: * Proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Proven experience building and managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs (REST/SOAP). * Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and best practices for solution design. * Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or SFDX CLI) and version control (Git). Analysis and Problem Solving: * Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions. * Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues in production environments. * Critical thinking to analyze design trade-offs and make well-founded technical decisions. Communication and Collaboration: * Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other developers. * Skill in creating and maintaining clear, concise technical documentation. Highly Desirable Skills (Preferred): * Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. * Experience with Salesforce CPQ or other specific clouds (Experience Cloud, Field Service). * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. * Experience mentoring junior developers.
