As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and transforming raw data into valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. If you are passionate about data analysis, possess a sharp analytical mindset, and wish to join a dynamic team, this role may be ideal for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Creating and updating operational and strategic reports in Power BI and Excel; * Developing interactive dashboards and executive dashboards for KPI monitoring; * Processing, modeling, and integrating data from multiple sources; * Providing technical and analytical support to business areas in interpreting and applying information; * Ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy used in analyses. * Monitoring operational indicators, goals, and results, ensuring effective tracking of objectives related to the customer journey; * Supporting teams with ad hoc analyses and creating customized KPIs according to the needs of different areas (customer service, after-sales, operations, etc.); * Organizing and presenting strategic information to internal departments and leadership, ensuring clarity, objectivity, and data delivery quality; * Validating data consistency and integrity used in reports, with special attention to dashboard accuracy and information sources. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Intermediate Access; * Advanced Excel; * Advanced Power BI; * Basic knowledge of databases; * Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools, with ability to transform data into actionable insights; * Prior experience in data analysis and report development, preferably in areas related to customer experience, operations, or customer service. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Intermediate SQL; * Intermediate Python; * Intermediate programming logic; * Intermediate relational database logic; * Intermediate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Intermediate collaboration tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.); **Additional information** Our employees pursue our purpose: understanding that our customers’ success is our success.
