




Growing technology company specializing in software and hardware solutions for monitoring, controlling, and protecting machines and equipment, seeking a professional for internal commercial activities. What this position involves: handling and managing leads from digital channels and unsolicited contacts; internal sales via phone and WhatsApp; prospecting and reactivating customers from the existing database; commercial follow-up and ongoing customer relationship management. Occasional external visits may occur on an ad-hoc basis. What we seek in this profile: experience in internal sales or counter sales, especially in technical or consultative selling contexts. Experience in sectors such as automotive parts, automotive or industrial electrical systems, mechanical engineering, repair shops, technical support services, or technical retail stores—directly engaging with technical customers and corporate buyers—will be considered a strong advantage. What we offer: fixed CLT salary of R$ 2.000,00 + 1.5% commission on sales, with average earning potential between R$ 3.000,00 and R$ 4.500,00, potentially higher depending on performance. Meal allowance of R$ 32.00 per day and transportation allowance or fuel subsidy of R$ 170.00. UNIMED health insurance plan.
