We are looking for a Bidding Analyst to identify, analyze, and participate in bidding processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and maximizing the company’s business opportunities with public agencies. Main responsibilities: Monitor and identify bidding opportunities on public and private portals; Analyze bidding notices, terms of reference, and attachments; Prepare and organize the documentation required to participate in bids; Register and update the company’s information with public agencies and procurement platforms; Monitor all stages of the bidding process (challenges, appeals, awarding, and contracts); Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals; Ensure compliance with the Bidding Law (Law No. 14.133/2021) and other applicable regulations; Maintain control over deadlines and filing of bidding processes. Requirements: Previous experience with public bids and contracts; Knowledge of Law No. 14.133/2021; Proficiency in public procurement portals (Compras.gov, BEC, BBMNET, among others); Organization, attention to detail, and strong written communication skills. Preferred qualifications: Experience with electronic auctions; Knowledge of preparing administrative appeals; Experience working for suppliers serving the public sector.
