Participates in continuous improvement culture and initiatives **Job Summary** The Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment delivery within schedule, according to operational requirements. Also works to reduce non-productive time related to maintenance of product line assets at the Maintenance Base, while improving maintenance efficiency and team productivity. **Activities – Responsibilities** * Assign equipment * Execute and close maintenance work orders * Conduct initial equipment maintenance assessment * Plan maintenance scheduling * Reconcile resources after work execution **Additional Responsibilities** * Maintain assigned equipment in accordance with applicable maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance strategy, following the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard procedures. * Comply with recordkeeping discipline in Technology Lifecycle Management systems, documenting materials and supplies, labor costs, and equipment maintenance performance history—including movements, service orders, parts used, and maintenance time. * Comply with TLM product line standards. * Participate in continuous improvement culture, initiatives, and improvement plans within MB to increase asset utilization and reduce service delivery cost. * Engage in continuous improvement efforts to reduce asset return time, including reducing maintenance-related downtime, parts delays, repair authorizations, failures, and pending work. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Maintenance Technicians’ efficiency and productivity. * Implement CoSD projects, such as planned repair and parts reuse. * Participate in failure investigations, as assigned. * Comply with TLM Competency Management System. **Minimum Requirements** Completed Technical Diploma in Mechanics Valid CFT Experience in assembly and disassembly of tools and equipment Desirable experience with sand control equipment Intermediate English Benefits International Opportunities Global adventure, broad exposure, and limitless learning await you.
