Receive and forward correspondence and packages A recruitment and selection company is seeking a Doorman in Macaé (Downtown). Select RH is an HR-specialized company offering recruitment and selection services. With a personalized approach, it aims to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the entry and exit of people, observing their movement at the main entrance, elevators, courtyards, corridors of the building, and parking garages, identifying individuals to prevent suspicious persons from entering or directing others to their requested destinations. Ensure proper elevator usage by observing and preventing overloading, excessive weight, or unnecessary floor stops, thereby guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Suspend elevator operation upon detecting malfunctions or irregularities to prevent harm to users. Handle general correspondence and small-sized packages delivered to building occupants, receiving and forwarding them to recipients to avoid loss or other undesirable incidents. Maintain continuous front-desk service and perform ongoing surveillance of the building. Assist with internal building security operations. Treat all residents, tenants, owners, and visitors respectfully. Operate intercom systems and monitor their usage. Operate security controllers such as automated gates, cameras, and alarms. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Access Controller, Security Receptionist, or Door Attendant may indicate suitability for some duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
