Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Monitor links, servers, and network equipment 24x7\. Log and escalate incidents according to internal procedures. Support field and support teams in troubleshooting. Ensure the operation and connectivity of commercialized services, as well as guarantee delivery and implementation. Perform repairs, testing, and technical support reports. Assist in reviewing and tracking technical complaints. Provide technical support to customers and their networks. Guarantee the SLA for service delivery and connectivity. Previous experience as a Security Analyst, Surveillance Technician, Security Camera Operator, or Monitoring Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
