Responsibilities:* Assist in preparing high-quality food in accordance with hotel recipes and standards. * Keep the work area clean and organized, following hygiene and food safety regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficiency and quality of services provided. * Perform tasks assigned by the Executive Chef and supervisors. * Contribute to the creation of new dishes and menus, when required. * Clean dishes, cutlery, pots, and equipment. Requirements and Qualifications:* Prior experience as a kitchen assistant in hotels or high-end restaurants is desirable (a plus). * Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Capacity to follow instructions and procedures with attention to detail. * Flexibility in working hours, including availability to work shifts and weekends. * Refined palate. * Initiative. * Creativity. * Teamwork.
