Job Summary:
An HR/DP professional to manage recruitment processes, onboarding, occupational health, endomarketing, electronic timekeeping, and benefits administration—promoting team well-being and engagement.
Key Highlights:

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Conduct high-volume recruitment processes for operational positions.
* Perform rapid resume screening and face-to-face interviews.
* Organize the onboarding process (welcome program) focused on company culture and customer service standards to integrate new employees into stores.
* Occupational Health Management (ASOs): Monitor schedules for admission, periodic, return-to-work, and termination medical examinations, ensuring compliance with NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras).
* Endomarketing: Support internal event planning and communications to keep the team consistently informed.
* Manage and process electronic timekeeping records, with special attention to rotating shifts, Sundays, holidays, time banks, and night-shift premiums.
* Workplace Climate & Conflict Management: Mediate interpersonal situations and support initiatives promoting team well-being and engagement.
* Benefits Administration: Handle enrollment, removal, and changes to employee benefits.
* Monitor and apply provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) for the pharmaceutical retail trade union.
* Collect admission documents and assist in termination procedures, including scheduling required medical examinations.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
* Prior experience in HR/DP.
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
* Previous experience managing timekeeping for varied work schedules.
* Basic knowledge of labor laws (CLT) applicable to retail commerce.
* Ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Strong communication skills when interacting with both executive/head office teams and store-level operational staff.
* Conflict mediation skills.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Timely delivery of tasks (self-management and time management).
