Proper disposal of waste and garbage **Responsibilities:** \- Perform daily cleaning of all kitchen areas and other hospital environments, including floors, walls, utensils, equipment, and countertops. \- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards by following established procedures. \- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, such as stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and food processing machines. \- Immediately report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor. \- Collect and properly dispose of waste and garbage, adhering to recycling and sustainable disposal regulations. \- Keep the cafeteria area clean and organized. \- Reposition tables and chairs as needed, ensuring a pleasant dining environment for customers. \- Strictly comply with safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Perform additional tasks as directed by management or chef to ensure kitchen and hospital environment efficiency. **Prerequisites:** \- Proven prior experience as a general services assistant in corporate restaurants and hotels Benefits: VT (cap R$ 17.10\) \+ Local Meal Benefit.
