The professional will be responsible for serving customers, identifying their needs, and offering solutions in telecommunications products and services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver customer service with a focus on sales and service quality. * Present and sell Vivo plans, devices, and services. * Clarify customer questions regarding products and promotions. * Achieve sales targets and performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred). * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with the public. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
