**Description** The Software Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring system reliability by planning, executing, and automating tests. This role involves identifying defects, validating requirements, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan, design, and execute test cases (manual and automated). Identify, document, and report bugs in detail. Ensure software quality through functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software. Develop and maintain test automation scripts. Validate technical and business requirements, ensuring their testability. Support continuous improvement of quality processes and definition of KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Key requirements and qualifications: – Completed technical education in related fields. – Knowledge of quality management support tools. – Familiarity with quality standards and continuous improvement processes. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. – Knowledge of Windows and Linux. Programming language knowledge is desirable, with C\+\+ being ideal.
