Reception Coordinator Position Description: The Reception Coordinator will be responsible for leading the After-sales team, ensuring quality and efficient customer service. Responsibilities: * Shared management with the Service and Scheduling Manager regarding Service Consultants; * Monitoring daily appointments as well as manufacturer KPIs; * Supervising team activities in general; * Customer service; * Preparing estimates for parts and services. Requirements: * Prior experience in leadership roles; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to solve problems efficiently and promptly; * Knowledge of NBS management systems is a plus; * Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Management Processes or similar.
