Human Resources Analyst
**Seres Group**, in partnership with a large national company in the sanitation sector, is selecting a professional for the position of **Human Resources Analyst**, with the mission to work broadly across HR processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance and quality in deliverables, while contributing to employee development and strengthening organizational culture.
**Responsibilities include:**
* Supporting and/or leading recruitment and selection processes, from job postings to onboarding new employees;
* Participating in the development and execution of training and development programs, applying effectiveness evaluations and proposing improvements;
* Working on the implementation and monitoring of job positions, salary policies, performance appraisal and succession programs;
* Conducting studies and analyses related to compensation, benefits and market trends;
* Supporting managers and the HR team on labor legislation, organizational climate and labor relations topics;
* Preparing reports, indicators and management analyses to support decision-making within the department;
* Ensuring updates to records, administrative controls and personnel documentation;
* Contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes by proposing solutions that enhance efficiency and delivery quality;
* Collaborating with other departments, providing technical support and assistance to employees and managers.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields;
* Desired: Completed bachelor's degree and ongoing or completed postgraduate studies
* Valid driver’s license (Category B) and availability for occasional travel;
* Knowledge of labor laws, social charges and standard HR procedures;
* Proficiency in Excel and integrated human resources management systems;
* Analytical, collaborative profile with commitment to results.
