We cover all phases—from technical-economic feasibility studies and basic engineering design, to multidisciplinary executive engineering, as well as executive planning, project management, and construction under EPC or Turn-Key arrangements. Our primary projects focus on high- and medium-voltage transmission lines and substations. **Our Values:** * Honor our word; * Maintain humility; * Be sincere; * Be efficient; * Believe and work hard; * Be passionate about what we do; * Share knowledge; * Go to the field; * Think before acting; * Learn, correct, and progress; * Care for people and the environment. **Your Routine as an Environmental Analyst:** * Develop, implement, and execute environmental management programs (including waste management and the Environmental Risk Management Plan – PRAD); * Propose and ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations; * Identify, analyze, and control environmental risks and impacts, including environmental liabilities; * Inform and advise on environmental risks, proposing measures for elimination, mitigation, and control; * Conduct inspections, audits, and meetings with clients to ensure environmental compliance; * Prepare technical reports, environmental indicators, and performance analyses; * Plan and monitor environmental activities on construction sites, including vegetation removal and timber volume measurement; * Analyze methods, processes, and client requirements, proposing improvements and preventive actions; * Deliver environmental awareness training, campaigns, and initiatives (including use of tools such as ArcGIS); * Coordinate and guide internal and third-party teams on environmental practices and requirements; * Ensure proper implementation of environmental standards across projects, construction sites, and operations; * Recommend, inspect, and monitor the use of environmental protection equipment and resources; * Support internal departments (HR, Planning, Engineering) with information regarding environmental risks and compliance; * Monitor key indicators and develop strategies to meet legal, contractual, and internal requirements; * Interact with regulatory agencies and environmental authorities to ensure fulfillment of legal obligations. **What We Expect From You:** * Technical qualification in Environmental Sciences or completed undergraduate degree in Environmental or Sanitary Engineering; * Experience with municipal, state, and federal environmental licensing; * Knowledge of Brazilian environmental standards (CONAMA and ABNT); * Familiarity with ISO 14001; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel; * Enrollment in a postgraduate program in the environmental field will be considered a plus. **Work Schedule:** * CLT employment – 44 hours per week; * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * On-site work – Rua do Semeador No. 429 | Curitiba / PR **\#JoinEngetecnica** * We value a strong feedback culture and individual meetings (1:1), reinforcing continuous development; * IDP – Individual Development Plan, enabling each employee to have clarity and direction in their journey with us; * A structured Career Path, encouraging sustainable professional growth within the company; * At Engetecnica, our employees are symbolized by Swallows—representing agility, adaptability, and the ability to face change lightly.
