Job Summary: The Apprentice will support daily risk and quality management activities, developing skills in organization, communication, and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with the team on various administrative projects and tasks. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM \- 12:30 PM \- 12:45 PM \- 2:15 PM **Level:** Apprentice Program **Employment Type:** Other The apprentice will be responsible for supporting daily activities of the risk and quality management department, ensuring internal process organization and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: * Assisting with document management, including scanning, archiving, and correspondence control. * Supporting the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. * Responding to various service requests and/or directing them to the appropriate personnel. * Collaborating with the team on various administrative projects and tasks, as needed. The apprentice will have the opportunity to develop skills in time management, organization, communication, and teamwork, as well as gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Availability to work 6 hours per day and attend one day per week at a course offered by our partner institution.
