Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving, verifying, and analyzing clients' financial documentation, conducting inquiries, calculating financial ratios, and issuing technical opinions regarding registration approval. Monitoring of pending items for credit approval. **Segment:** RhMais Talentos in partnership with a real estate development company **City:** Cascavel/PR **Salary:** 2\.700,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher (R$ 33.00/day with R$ 2.00 deduction\) Overtime pay when applicable **Responsibilities:** * Receive and verify clients' financial documentation (pay slips, income tax returns, bank statements, and income proofs); * Verify authenticity and validity of documents; * Analyze repayment capacity based on income, financial commitments, and credit history; * Conduct credit bureau inquiries (Serasa, SPC, Registrado); * Calculate income commitment ratios and determine applicable credit limits; * Assess compliance of information with internal policies and credit regulations; * Issue technical opinions regarding registration approval, pending items, or rejection; * Record results in the system, notify relevant departments, and archive the credit file; * Monitor pending items until completion of the credit analysis and approval process. **Requirements:** * Reside in Cascavel – PR, with easy access to the Centro neighborhood * Availability for a temporary contract (2\-4 months) * Currently enrolled in undergraduate or technical education (any field) * Basic computer skills * Administrative experience in roles similar to this position * Proficiency in financial document analysis and validation * Attention to detail, analytical ability, responsibility, organization, and assertive communication. **Note:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (1-hour break); Saturday, 09:00–13:00 Payment: R$2\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
