Build this story with us.** The Paraná Lot 05 is one of the most important highway infrastructure projects in the State of Paraná. We will transform 440 km of highways with investments of BRL 4.6 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and regional development. The concession period includes duplication of 239 km of highway, implementation of 20 km of service roads, alignment correction of 2 km of road, and construction of the Peabiru bypass. Additionally, it is planned to implement 51 grade-separated intersections, 1 viaduct, 17 at-grade roundabouts and U-turns, 5 pedestrian bridges, 6 special structures, and 12 km of bicycle lanes. Apply to our new openings and share!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Recruitment**: * Define and develop job profiles in partnership with department managers. * Post job openings across various channels (job boards, social media, etc.). * Screen resumes, select candidates, and contact potential hires. * Conduct interviews **Selection**: * Assess candidates’ competencies, experience, and cultural fit. * Conduct interviews and provide feedback to approved or rejected candidates. * Organize and manage all stages of the selection process until final hiring. * Support final decision-making jointly with managers. **Integration and Onboarding**: * Assist in integrating new employees into the company, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and procedures. **Generalist Activities**: * Participate in other diverse HR routines. **Follow-up**: * Conduct post-hiring follow-up to assess new employees’ adaptation and performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Experience in Recruitment and Selection, including high-volume hiring; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; * Experience with general Human Resources processes. **Additional Information** This position is 100% on-site in Cascavel/PR Health insurance; Dental insurance; Life insurance; Pharmacy discount; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing (PLR), subject to goal achievement and performance; Christmas basket; Baby gift kit; **Via Campo** is the concessionaire responsible for operating, maintaining, and modernizing **Lot 5 – Integrated Highways of Paraná**, a project regulated by the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT).
