Focus on technical standards and continuous development RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design, size, implement, and supervise electrical projects in the areas of power generation, transmission, and distribution; * Prepare, evaluate, and manage projects and technical specifications; * Perform maintenance on medium-voltage equipment; * Manage installation and maintenance of photovoltaic modules, inverters, trackers, electrical cabinets, distribution panels, mounting structures, and other auxiliary electrical equipment, ensuring optimal plant operation; * Prepare and analyze RFPs and electrical projects; * Conduct system functional tests and commissioning, ensuring all components comply with technical standards; * Monitor and support emergency maintenance response for power plants, ensuring smooth maintenance operations; * Develop and implement corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans to ensure continuous and efficient system operation; * Analyze technical proposals, planning and specifying systems and studies; * Ensure photovoltaic power plants and projects comply with all applicable technical standards, governmental regulations, and interconnection requirements; * Perform PVsyst simulations; * Prepare technical documentation and provide technical support.
