Collaborative work environment with professional growth As an Electromechanical Installation Supervisor, your objectives will align with the following responsibilities: * Repair and installation of general electrical systems; * Lead installation of industrial electromechanical infrastructure; * Install, certify, and validate reliability of industrial electrical installations, including sensors, motors, electrical panels, medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, etc; The position is exclusively for external services, involving frequent travel to various locations across the country; availability for at least 60 days away from home is essential. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions. * Install and configure electrical systems and equipment according to technical specifications; * Collaborate with the engineering team to identify improvements and upgrades to electrical systems; * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable regulations; * Maintain accurate work records and report progress to supervisors; **Requirements:** * Preferred: Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation, or equivalent; * Prior experience as a supervisor in an industrial setting; * Solid knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems; * Driver's license category B; * Familiarity with industrial instrumentation and control; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; * Availability for frequent travel and external work; * Commitment to workplace safety; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; **Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Additional benefits: Dental plan; * Hazard pay allowance; * Meal allowance (R$ 813.00\); * Food and accommodation costs covered by the company for external services; * Training and development opportunities; * Collaborative work environment with professional growth; Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3\.200,00 \- R$4\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Housing allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
