We provide consulting, software development, and technical support services to companies across various industries. **Responsibilities:** Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support\. Supporting operating systems and networks. Installing and maintaining software, hardware, and printers. On-site support, microcomputer services, basic infrastructure, and incident management. Tasks related to standard Technical Support Technician duties. Position based in Toledo / PR. Previous experience as a Support Analyst, Technical Support Assistant, Customer Support Technician, or Support Specialist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. Completed technical training required.
