At our core, we foster a human-centered environment: passionate people driven by the purpose of improving quality of life and contributing to a healthier future. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** This position’s functional scope is to integrate the maintenance system, acting proactively to maximize planning of interventions on machinery, equipment, and industrial facilities while maintaining a business-oriented perspective. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Schedule the Unit’s maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with all routines related to GMP \- Good Maintenance Practices, as well as fulfillment of activities established in maintenance and engineering health checks; * Support maintenance technicians regarding SAP/AMM and GTM routines; * Support and sustain routine TPM activities, contributing to the process of implementing planned step changes; * Monitor execution of activities performed by third parties; **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** Technical Education: Technical Course in Mechanics, Electricity, or Mechatronics; Preferred: Academic degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, plus experience as a Maintenance Planner; Advantageous: Strong communication skills across different departments and hierarchical levels—from operational staff to senior leadership—as well as dynamism, commitment to work, and respect for colleagues.
