The Developer will be responsible for transforming complex requirements into robust, high-performance products, directly contributing to architectural modernization, corporate platform integration, and operational excellence. The Developer will be responsible for: * Developing, evolving, and maintaining applications and services focused on integration between corporate systems. * Implementing APIs, services, and messaging mechanisms, ensuring performance, security, and reliability in communications. * Applying sound software engineering practices to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability. * Contributing to system monitoring and observability, promoting proactive diagnostic solutions and continuous improvement. * Participating in solution planning and technical design, collaborating with other departments to define integration architectures and strategies. * Working collaboratively within a team, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Behavioral Competencies:** Technical Leadership: Ability to guide and inspire other developers, sharing knowledge and best engineering practices. Messaging: Practical expertise in Azure Event Hub, Apache Kafka, or RabbitMQ, including checkpointing and reprocessing. Observability: Experience with Serilog, monitoring using Prometheus/Grafana/Loki, and preferably distributed tracing (e.g., OpenTelemetry). Databases: Proficiency in SQL Server and experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for specific solutions. Modern Front-End: Experience with MVC Razor and involvement with Angular or React. DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Azure deployment, and container management (Docker, Kubernetes). **Additional Information** Mobile (Preferred): Experience in mobile development (native, Xamarin, MAUI, or hybrid).
