Become Orange Blood. **About the Role and Mission** You will join our Real Estate Credit Recovery team, supporting strategic initiatives and operational routines. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in gathering and organizing large volumes of data; * Supporting the preparation of reports and dashboards; * Assisting in implementing credit recovery policies; * Supporting renegotiation implementations, agreement registrations, and contract updates in the system; * Assisting in handling customer requests related to collections, negotiations, and resolution of financial arrears; * Supporting the monitoring of collateral enforcement processes, including tracking and controlling involved stages; * Assisting in financial reconciliation by monitoring financial statements, controlling receipts in internal accounts, identifying payments, and allocating received amounts. **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields; * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact clearly with internal teams; * Organizational skills and sense of urgency for managing multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously; * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred:** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail when executing collection processes; * Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Platinum Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening interview (initial outreach to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (if required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer.
