Every day, we strive to grow together, demonstrate ownership mindset, and work with excellence. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Operate and monitor water treatment systems, including equipment such as reverse osmosis and nanofiltration; * Perform quality analyses to support the production process; * Monitor the production schedule, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to process parameters; * Identify abnormalities and assist in resolving minor repairs; * Conduct cleaning and inspections to ensure equipment reliability, employee safety, and sustainability; * Monitor and control departmental performance indicators; * Activate the help chain as established. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Willingness and dedication to learn; * Focus on safety and ability to work effectively in a team with discipline and empathy; * Proactive attitude and strong workplace organization; * Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in key tool functions; * Availability to work rotating shifts – Shift not defined for this position
