Take ownership of your direction, your development, and your path. **What You’ll Do** Reporting to our Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist in executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities; diagnose failures; perform emergency or planned repairs; support maintenance shutdowns; oversee third-party activities; record tasks in the maintenance management system; strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards; and propose process and routine improvements within the area. **Who We’re Looking For** We are seeking a responsible individual ready to take ownership of this role — someone full of energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded people.
