Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of resources and services, interpreting technical drawings and executing the assembly and maintenance of electrical systems, complying with safety standards and pursuing continuous improvement. Maintenance and compliance with electrical safety * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under one's responsibility; * Interpret technical drawings and electrical projects for system installation; * Assemble and install medium- and low-voltage electrical panels; * Install electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, transfer switches, among others; * Receive project documentation, request and verify materials according to the bill of materials; * Perform pre-assembly of rails and trunking, distribute all components on the mounting board, and identify all electrical components; * Install electrical cables, connections, and terminals in accordance with project specifications; * Perform periodic and corrective maintenance on electrical systems; * Strictly comply with electrical safety procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Implement action plans and departmental procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and targets. * Perform other related duties as directed by immediate supervisor; * Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to one's field of expertise, aiming at professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for equipment and process improvements, contributing to continuous improvement; * Strictly comply with workplace safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Carry out actions that promote continuous improvement of company processes; * Guarantee and comply with the company's quality policy, and execute work instructions and quality management system procedures; * Support the immediate supervisor on matters inherent to one's area of expertise, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted, with a focus on KPIs.
