




Job Summary: Professional responsible for research, development, and validation of products, specifying requirements and ensuring the quality of technical documentation and software. Ensuring the creation and updating of technical documentation for products **Responsibilities:** * Conduct research on API and/or new technology implementation needs for the Company's and partners' products to enhance technological value; * Design and develop, on-demand, new products—specifying requirements (e.g., bill of materials)—to meet customer demands and needs, managing processes in accordance with the Company’s project management procedures and methodology; * Visit customers to gather requirements, perform product application, commissioning, training, and validation—and, if possible, prospect new opportunities; * Analyze cross-departmental needs and develop software, system, and wired/wifi/cloud communication solutions for portfolio products; * Lead prototype development stages—from production through testing and operational deployment—to achieve portfolio expansion goals; * Prepare reports, technical opinions, test certificates, and technical notes related to developed projects, maintaining a well-structured history to identify best practices and prevent recurrence of errors; * Define and maintain product technical specifications, ensuring creation and updating of: technical brochures; assembly instructions; test procedures and quality checklists; operation, installation, and maintenance manuals; * Ensure all documentation accurately reflects engineering changes implemented throughout the product lifecycle; * Design electronic schematics from sketches, drawings, ideas, and project-related data; * Develop printed circuit board (PCB) layouts from electronic schematics, adhering to each project’s electronic and mechanical specifications; * Verify prototype PCB assembly processes to ensure expected functionality; * Perform tests on prototype PCBs, products under development, and special cases—including electrical measurements—to verify functionality; * Develop, maintain, and version embedded system software and firmware—performing: code creation and modification; integration among electronic components on the same board and across different boards; validation of overall equipment system functionality. Collaborate closely with hardware and testing teams to ensure system robustness, traceability, and reliability; * Create (if nonexistent) and maintain—or suggest improvements to—processes integrating schematic diagrams, Gerber files, bill of materials, and process flowcharts; * Create and maintain an up-to-date component library (PCB and schematic). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields; * Preferred: specialized training in Altium Designer; * Practical experience in: Research and Development; electronic circuit and programming code development; interpretation of technical documentation (scientific articles, manuals, books, technical brochures); interpretation of electrical diagrams; industrial automation; electronic board assembly and testing; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * General knowledge of programming languages C and C++ for Android and PC, Java, Python, microcontrollers, communication protocols (I2C/SPI/RS-232/RS-485/etc.), PCB design software, radio-frequency communication, embedded Linux, embedded systems, and analog electronics; Benefits: * Life insurance * Medical and dental plans * Meal allowance of BRL 200.00 * On-site meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack) * Corporate e-learning platform * Discount platform for travel and accommodation * Pharmacy benefit of BRL 200.00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
