Collaboration with product, design, and backend teams Job Description: The professional will be responsible for developing and evolving cross-platform mobile applications (Android and iOS), participating in the development of new features, maintenance of existing applications, and integration with APIs and backend services. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, contributing to continuous application improvement and ensuring delivery quality. Hiring Objective: Strengthen the mobile development team to meet current and future demands related to the company's mobile applications. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) * Implement modern and responsive interfaces following UI/UX best practices * Integrate REST APIs and backend services * Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality * Identify and fix bugs and performance issues * Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and the product team * Contribute to architectural improvements and development best practices Requirements * Experience with Flutter and Dart * Experience with REST API integration * Knowledge of version control with Git * Experience with mobile development architectures (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) * Knowledge of app publishing on Play Store and/or App Store * Basic understanding of mobile UI/UX Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging) * Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile applications * Experience with automated testing (unit and widget tests) * Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, etc.) Technologies Used * Flutter * Dart * Git * REST APIs * Firebase (optional) Desired Profile * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Interest in technical learning and growth * Organization and attention to code quality Work Location: On-site in Belo Horizonte Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$11.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
