Responsibilities and duties * Maintenance of customizations for RM product line. * Development of evolutionary improvements in RM product line customizations. * Version compatibility adjustments for customizations. * Technical support for TOTVS RM product line customizations. * Handling requests through our service desk. * Remote access and customer contact for incident, problem, and request analysis. * Execution of functional and system testing on customizations. * Preparation of documentation and technical specifications. * Execution of automated tests. * Customer interaction for deadline negotiations. * Development and automation of internal tools. Requirements and qualifications Education: Completed bachelor's degree in technology or related fields (desirable). Knowledge and experience with:* Back\-end using .NET / C\#. * Databases (SQL Server, Oracle). * Web development. * REST APIs and Web services. * Angular, JQuery, JavaScript (JS/TypeScript), HTML5 and CSS3\. * Object-oriented programming.
