We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a focus on **Golang**, who will be responsible for: * Working on high-complexity projects, defining **microservices architecture and distributed systems**. * Collaborating with **product leaders and stakeholders** in defining the technical roadmap. * Being a **technical reference** within the team, promoting best practices, mentorship, and a high-performance culture. * Diagnosing and resolving issues related to **architecture, scalability, and performance**, with a focus on **concurrency and low latency**. * Researching and proposing **new technologies and methodologies**, contributing to product evolution. * Making critical technical decisions impacting the application's long-term **security, stability, and scalability**. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience with **Go (Golang)**. * In-depth knowledge of **concurrency in Go** (goroutines, channels) and interface usage. * Experience with Go frameworks/libraries such as **Gin, Echo, Chi, GORM**. * Strong track record in **building and optimizing RESTful APIs** and (preferably) **gRPC**. * Proficiency in **Vue.js** (solid experience). * Databases: **PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis** (relational and non-relational). * Practical experience with **Docker**. * Familiarity with **software architecture**, especially **Microservices and Distributed Systems**. * Good understanding of **code quality, unit/integration testing**, and use of **design patterns**. * Proficient in using **Git** for version control. * Experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum or Kanban).
