Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and controlling material inventory, ensuring warehouse efficiency and workplace safety. Key Highlights: 1. Material inventory organization and control 2. Collaboration with the procurement team 3. Continuous improvement of warehouse processes Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantity and product quality. Organize and store materials appropriately in the warehouse, following company safety and organizational standards. Pick and distribute materials according to internal department requests. Control material inventory by conducting periodic stocktakes and maintaining up-to-date records. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Assist with packaging and material dispatch, following company-established procedures. Collaborate with the procurement team to identify material replenishment needs. Ensure the integrity of stored materials, preventing damage and loss. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, using required personal protective equipment (PPE). Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes by suggesting ideas and solutions to optimize material flow.
