Job Summary: This role involves efficient expedition and organization of parts, meticulous inventory management, accurate merchandise reception, and dedicated customer support. Key Highlights: 1. With 13 stores in strategic markets, it serves the national aftermarket for replacement parts and services for Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Cummins; it is also an authorized distributor of English technology machinery by JCB in Paraná and Santa Catarina. Main Responsibilities: Efficiently and systematically expedite parts, ensuring correct delivery within the stipulated timeframe; Maintain organized inventory following the coding system and ensuring easy product location; Receive and inspect goods, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders; Provide customer service, clarifying inquiries and supplying information about available products; Assist in warehouse organization and cleaning, contributing to a safe and pleasant working environment. Requirements: * Prior experience in parts dispatch preferred, especially in the automotive segment; * Strong communication skills and ease in customer interaction; * Organizational ability, proactivity, and attention to detail.
