Job Mission * Responsible for physical inventory counting, stock control, and movement of products and assets by unloading pallets from trucks and trailers, recording materials in the stock management system using radio frequency devices, and making them available to internal assistants; and by storing pallets containing containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using forklifts, in compliance with the company’s safety rules and policies. When required, may also perform internal truck maneuvering. Main Responsibilities * Ensure removal of product pallets and make them available to Internal Assistants to fulfill orders; * Ensure storage of pallets containing containers, returnable pallets, and dividers in designated storage areas using forklifts, in compliance with the company’s safety rules and policies, to facilitate loading of pull-out trucks; * Ensure loading and unloading of pallets from trucks and their storage in the product warehouse, arranging older products in front of newly delivered ones to implement the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle, ensuring earlier market release of products with older production dates over newer ones; * Perform daily forklift checklist to maintain equipment in operational condition and report maintenance needs; * Ensure GLP gas refilling for forklifts, only if certified for this task, to guarantee process safety; * Conduct product and material verification upon vehicle entry and exit, executing relevant operational procedures to confirm order compliance with the Invoice; * Verify returnable containers on route vehicles, ensuring drivers follow the verification procedure to prevent stock discrepancies; * Identify and record daily damages occurring on routes, in yards, during exchanges, and pull-outs, to ensure inventory data accuracy; * Perform daily and monthly inventory counts according to predefined procedures to enable immediate identification and correction of any discrepancies; * Perform internal vehicle maneuvering to position vehicles correctly for efficient loading. * Contribute to maintaining trucks in good condition by keeping vehicles clean. Academic Qualifications * Completed high school education Requirements * Class D driver’s license (CNH D) * NR 11 certification * Availability: position available for Shift 1 (06:30–15:30) \- rotating 6x1 schedule.
