The professional will be responsible for in-person customer service to close sales, account management, customer prospecting, post-sales support, and customer assistance through field visits, selling cheese breads and other frozen products in the food service market (bakeries, snack bars, hotels, inns, hospitals, etc.). **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Active selling; * Prospecting new customers; * Reactivating inactive customers; * Negotiation; * Post-sales service and complaint resolution to maintain customer satisfaction; * Customer portfolio management; * Conducting technical visits to customers. **Desired Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a sales representative; * Time management and organizational skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Dynamic, proactive profile with a team-oriented mindset; * Ability to work toward targets. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** Employment Type: CLT Location: Vila Paris/Contagem – On-site Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday Saturday work only for fairs and events, subject to prior agreement.
