Since entering the market in 2013, we operate over 40 stores across Brazil, combining design, innovation, and functionality. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customer service, both in-person and digital * Store visual organization and maintenance * Identification of sales opportunities * Tracking of goals and performance indicators * Participation in ongoing training programs ### **Requirements** * Passion for sales and results-oriented mindset * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Retail experience * Completed high school education * Affinity with technology (preferred) ### **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed monthly salary of R$ 1.758,00 or 4% commission on monthly sales (whichever is higher) * Monthly bonus of up to R$ 1.000,00, with weekly performance tracking * Weekly store spotlight bonus in PA: R$ 700,00 per month, based on weekly recognition * Bonus for exceeding targets: additional R$ 50.00 for every 10% above target (no upper limit) * Meal allowance of R$ 16.50 per day * Transportation allowance * UNILOFT training platform * Brand product discounts * Potential earnings exceeding R$ 3.000,00 per month ### **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Work schedule: 44 hours per week * Shift rotation: 6 days on, 1 day off **Apply via the platform and grow with LOFT DESIGN.** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
