Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Doorman responsible for ensuring safety and well-being at Mercopampa Transportes facilities, supervising common areas and controlling access to maintain a secure environment. A welcoming work environment that values professionalism. We are looking for a Night Doorman to join the Mercopampa Transportes team. This is an essential role to ensure the safety and well\-being of all employees and visitors to our facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising common areas, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, and maintaining a calm and secure environment during the night shift. You will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of the premises, verifying that everything is in order and identifying any signs of intrusion or anomalies. Additionally, you must control building access by verifying visitor and employee credentials and ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry. In case of emergency, you must respond quickly and effectively to ensure everyone's safety. Prior experience in security or doorman positions is highly valued. Knowledge of first aid and use of security equipment is a plus. It is essential that you demonstrate responsibility, strong communication skills, and proactivity. Ability to work night shifts and availability to work on weekends when required are important requirements.
