We are seeking a Pedagogical Assistant to support the pedagogical leadership in organizing, monitoring activities and projects, and engaging with the school community.

We seek a **Pedagogical Assistant** to support the pedagogical leadership, contributing to institutional organization, activity monitoring, project support, events, teacher recruitment processes, and student and family engagement.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Assist the pedagogical leadership in administrative educational activities; organize pedagogical materials; monitor and support the teaching plan; assist in planning and executing school events; conduct teacher recruitment processes; support students and teachers in classrooms; substitute for teachers in cases of urgent need; monitor student attendance; assist in developing projects; and provide support to teachers, students, coordinators, coordination assistants, and parents or guardians (school community).
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Pedagogy**, **Languages**, **Education**, or related fields (completed or in progress).
**Experience and Technical Knowledge**
* Prior experience in school environments, educational centers, or pedagogical support roles.
* Familiarity with teaching methodologies (traditional, constructivist, socio-interactionist, active learning, etc.).
* Experience developing and updating teaching materials, lesson plans, and pedagogical reports.
* Basic understanding of educational legislation (BNCC, curriculum guidelines, institutional assessment).
**Tools and Technologies**
* Proficiency with productivity tools: **Google Workspace**, **Microsoft Office**.
* Ability to navigate and utilize digital and multimedia resources for pedagogical support.
**Interpersonal and Behavioral Skills**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, coordinators, and families.
* Proactivity in supporting pedagogical routines, events, and school projects.
* Empathy and a welcoming attitude.
**Additional Information**
* **Working hours:** As per the institution’s schedule.
* **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract).
* **Work location:** On-site at school units.
