Job Objectives: Supervise, organize, and monitor all stages of the cheese bread manufacturing process, ensuring achievement of company-established targets for output volume, quality, food safety, cost control, and delivery deadlines. Act as the liaison between management and operational teams, promoting discipline, engagement, and continuous improvement; interface with other support departments (Production Planning and Control, Engineering, finished goods inventory, raw materials inventory). Requirements: Completed high school education or currently pursuing a higher education degree. Experience: Production team leader; experience in the food industry is a plus. Desired Knowledge: * Industrial processes for frozen food products * People management and team leadership * Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, shop-floor systems) * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); knowledge of GMP is a plus.
