Develop the team with a focus on autonomy, responsibility, and discipline We are seeking a Laundry Supervisor to coordinate operations of the **PPE laundry and scrap sector**, ensuring process organization, adherence to operational routines, and strong production results through team management. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily activities in the laundry and scrap sector; * Ensure execution of operational routines according to defined procedures; * Organize and monitor production, volumes, weights, times, and productivity; * Assign tasks, track results, and adjust processes when necessary; * Develop the team with a focus on **autonomy, responsibility, and operational discipline**; * Maintain clear and respectful communication with team members; * Monitor proper use of PPEs and compliance with safety regulations; * Monitor machine operation and request maintenance when required; * Collect operational data and report to management; * Support basic shift, attendance, and team performance controls. **Requirements** * Prior experience in operational supervision (laundry, production, recycling, manufacturing, or similar areas); * Professional demeanor, sense of fairness, organization, and responsibility; * Ability to maintain clear boundaries while promoting mutual respect and team autonomy.
