WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Responsible for keeping the entire kitchen clean and ensuring all areas are sanitized according to Health Surveillance regulations for receiving goods and staff; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and refilling dispensers of soap, gel, paper towels, and toilet paper across all relevant locations; * Responsible for operating dishwashing machines (plates and glasses), as well as sanitizing utensils, containers, and cookware; * Responsible for proper storage of utensils, tableware, and containers to ensure efficiency during usage; * Adhere to the Good Hygiene Practices Manual.
