




Job Summary: This position involves managing apprenticeship and employee processes, including documentation, follow-up, and administrative support within the Human Resources Department. Key Highlights: 1. Manages apprenticeship and new employee processes. 2. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. 3. Ensures compliance of contracts and documents. HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing a degree or technical course in Administration or Human Resources; Basic computer skills and intermediate Excel proficiency; Availability to work full-time; Easy access to the Eldorado neighborhood, Contagem / MG. RESPONSIBILITIES Register, link, and draft apprenticeship contracts in the Conect system; Draft addendums and internship agreements, ensuring compliance with legal regulations; Track, request, and organize documents for apprentices and new employees; Submit contracts, addendums, and termination documents for signature and archiving; Monitor and manage apprentices assigned to the department, tracking performance and theoretical attendance; Dispatch and deliver uniforms, PPEs, and other necessary materials to apprentices; Manage apprentice registrations in the timekeeping and payroll system (Domínio); Schedule admission, dismissal, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations for apprentices and employees; Request salary account openings for new employees and apprentices; Place and deliver PPEs and uniforms for apprentices and employees; Ensure employees receive necessary equipment, promoting safety and compliance; Record and report apprentices’ theoretical attendance in the payroll system; Procure PPEs, uniforms, and other departmental supplies; Serve as the main contact point with partner companies for apprenticeship integration and follow-up.
