




Ensure the company’s financial health through planning, control, and execution of financial activities, guaranteeing accuracy of information, adherence to deadlines, reliability of processes, and strategic support to senior management. * Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow, proposing adjustments and forecasts. * + Monitor inflows and outflows, ensuring liquidity and financial balance. + Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure data accuracy. + Support senior management in developing the annual budget (budget), revisions, and financial projections. + Develop and track financial KPIs and management reports. + Participate in strategic meetings, providing analyses and scenarios for decision-making. + Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and tax legislation. + Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits. + Review and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks. + Negotiate payment terms, fees, credit lines, and financial conditions. + Monitor receivables discounting operations, financing, and investment activities. + Manage relationships with critical suppliers and financial partners. + Propose improvements to financial processes to enhance efficiency, automation, and error reduction. + Implement and monitor the use of ERP systems and financial tools. + Create and review standard operating procedures (SOPs).
