If you are a PCD (Person with Disability) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become a protagonist in a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage operational contracts and serve as the communication interface between clients and Segurpro’s internal departments. * Achieve goals and objectives set by the Operations Directorate / Regional Management regarding operational and customer service indicators. * Focus on preventive actions and support the dissemination and cultural transformation toward prevention and preservation of people's and assets' integrity. * Prepare and present managerial and executive reports, performance indicators and KPIs, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Analyze requests by aggregating information and identifying operational-level solutions. * Identify deviations in operational processes that may affect efficiency, profitability, or costs, optimizing available resources. * Size, evaluate, train, develop, and continuously support the operational team. * Prepare and update Security Plans, Security Diagnostics, Security and Emergency Procedures and Protocols. * Ensure service quality by monitoring, through appropriate controls, the correct execution of defined operational procedures and the degree of customer satisfaction. * Analyze contractual SLAs and present action plans to mitigate impacts; * Analyze contract costs and propose optimizations in operational processes and procedures to reduce costs; * Coordinate activities of supervisor teams under your responsibility. * Investigate incident root causes and suggest preventive and corrective measures; * Drive vehicles. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Security Management, or related fields; * Flexible availability to work various shifts. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in Physical Security. * Driver's license, Category B. * Experience in people management and client-facing management. * Experience in operational management. **WORK LOCATION**: OURO BRANCO, CONGONHAS OR CONSELHEIRO LAFAIETE \- MG
