**What you will do:** Ensure the proper functioning of the company’s facilities, infrastructure, and support services, guaranteeing operational efficiency, cost control, asset security, sustainability, and quality within the corporate environment. Responsible for operational and administrative activities in the Facilities area: building maintenance, general services, asset security, third-party contracts, fleet and travel management. * Supervise facilities services, including: building management, preventive and corrective building maintenance, vehicle fleet, cleaning, reception, asset security, landscaping, cafeteria, corporate travel, and civil works; * Coordinate third-party service contracts and suppliers, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards; * Control and prepare the departmental budget, proposing cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality and safety; * Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations governing operations; * Manage internal staff and third-party personnel, promoting development, integration, and alignment with company objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Facilities Management, Maintenance Engineering, or related areas is desirable; * Practical experience in fleet and travel management, building maintenance, third-party contracts, and asset security; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; knowledge of Protheus system and travel platforms; * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license category B is desirable.
