Your mission will be to serve as the first point of technological support for our employees, ensuring our operations run smoothly without interruptions. * **Serve as the initial contact point:** Receive and log technical support requests related to hardware, software, and network issues. * **Support the team:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and other devices. In addition, manage users (G Suite, Active Directory, TOTVS RM). * **Solve challenges:** Assist in identifying and resolving connectivity issues, software installations, and operating system configurations (Windows, Office 365, etc.). * **Contribute to security:** Help organize and secure the equipment fleet, ensuring compliance with our security policies. Support equipment inventory, IT asset management, and basic network support. * **Collaborate with the team:** Learn and assist in infrastructure improvement projects for IT. **What are we looking for in you?** More than technical knowledge, we seek a talent who identifies with our culture of **innovation and excellence**. * Currently enrolled in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields. * Eagerness to learn and willingness to take ownership of your professional development. * Proactivity, organization, and curiosity to solve problems. * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with people, translating technical jargon clearly.
