Preferred Qualifications: Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel) or sales methodologies. **Prior experience in this role is not required. We value academic projects, internships in any area involving support/customer service, or extracurricular activities demonstrating organization and proactivity.** **Responsibilities:** **Sales Management and Data Hygiene (Daily/Weekly)** Monitor the quality of data entered by the sales team, identifying and correcting input errors (e.g., deals without closing dates, missing mandatory fields, or duplicate contacts). Support sales representatives in correctly using the system to ensure reliable data. **KPI and Dashboard Monitoring (Daily)** Update and maintain commercial performance dashboards (Power BI, Excel, or Looker). Track key indicators such as conversion rate per sales funnel stage, average deal size, sales cycle length, and volume of new leads. Report performance deviations to management. **Decision-Making Support (Weekly)** Conduct win-loss analyses (e.g., reasons for lost deals: price, competition, timing).
