Opportunity for proactive professionals with strong interpersonal skills **Job Description** We are looking for an organized, communicative, committed, and proactive professional to join our Commercial Team! **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Customer service; ✅ Quotation and pickup execution; ✅ Order tracking; ✅ Sales team support Periodically update both the company and customers on delivery status and any operational or commercial issues that arise; **Key Requirements:** Experience and knowledge in freight quotation and cargo pickup within the **Less-Than-Truckload** **Freight** **Transportation** sector. Intermediate computer and SSW system proficiency; Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; ease in establishing and managing customer relationships; negotiation skills; Previous experience in logistics companies, customer service, call centers (SAC), CTE issuance, cargo manifests, and freight waybills is desirable; Demonstrated personal and professional conduct aligned with the role’s requirements. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or technical course.
